He has published two books about intellectual property law, “The Entrepreneur’s IP Planning Playbook and Patent Litigation Primer. He is currently working on a more ambitious project – a book to provide entrepreneurs with an overview of how to craft an intellectual property strategy from start to finish.
Jim is located in Westport, Connecticut, is a successful investor, attorney, entrepreneur and has been a commentator about entrepreneurs for twenty-five years. Most recently, Jim created Rand Media Company, a publishing company geared toward creating books that distil into a simple and readable illustrated format on all the important ideas on key topics.
